THE 205 PROJECT
The AKC currently recognizes 205 dog breeds. I looked through my portfolio recently and realized I had painted only a fraction of them. That felt like unfinished business.
So I decided to paint all of them. It's a personal challenge, and I'm working through the breeds in rounds — one from each AKC group at a time. Each finished breed gets its own post: a little about the dog, something about the painting, and where the reference came from.
