SIGNATURE PET PORTRAITS

Signature Portraits are custom painted pet portraits created from your photographs. A painted background keeps the focus entirely on your subject — expression, structure, presence. Nothing competes with them.

The result is a portrait that feels clean, timeless, and personal. This format works equally well for a companion who is still with you and for one you are honoring after loss.

A classic composition. The focus is entirely on your pet.

The background is a simple painted field of tone and texture — calm, classical, and undistracting. One or multiple subjects can be included. Head-and-shoulders and full-body compositions are both available. Each portrait begins with your photographs and a custom digital mockup for your review. Nothing moves forward until the composition feels right.

— WHAT A SIGNATURE PORTRAIT LOOKS LIKE

Designed from the start to feel considered.

Each portrait begins with your photographs and a conversation about what matters — the expression, the posture, the way they held themselves. That becomes the starting point for the composition.

The background is painted specifically for each portrait. Not a template — a considered field of tone and color that supports your pet without competing with them.

Once the design is approved, the portrait is printed on archival canvas and finished by hand with acrylic paint. The result has real surface texture and depth — a physical object designed to be displayed, not stored.

The range of what's possible.

Signature Portraits are presented as canvas prints with contemporary floater frames or as canvas gallery wraps, ready to hang.

— INVESTMENT

Size, pricing,
and what to expect.

Signature Portraits are available in three sizes — Small, Medium, and Large. Pricing is based on size and composition. Detailed sizing and pricing are available in the investment guide.

Commissioning custom artwork is not an impulse decision. Most clients take time to consider size, placement, and budget, and the design process allows everything to be refined before the final piece is completed. Flexible payment plans are available — if you have budget considerations, it's appropriate to mention them early.

Design & Consultation Fee

All commissions begin with a $100 design and consultation fee. This covers concept development and a detailed mockup so you can see the direction clearly before any painting begins. That amount is applied toward your final investment once the design is approved.

— CONSIDERING SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

If the place is part of the story —
that's a Storyscape.

If you envision your pet within a meaningful place — a favorite field, a shoreline, a working landscape, somewhere that holds memory — a Storyscape may be the right format. The setting becomes part of the portrait rather than a backdrop. Both styles are finished the same way; the difference is in the composition and what you want the portrait to carry.

The first step is
reaching out.

Share your photographs and tell me a little about your pet. From there we'll work out what the portrait should look like and what size makes sense for your space. The commission process page explains what to expect at each step.
